Example Floor Plans
The following "sketches" are examples of part of what you will receive when you order initial floor plans. The examples given here are recommended for only a small percentage of clients. When you place your order, you will receive a set of plans that, in our judgement, will best serve you and your family. Your set of floor layout plans will be marked with dimensions of each room and of the entire living space. You will also receive our recommendations for which direction the front door should face, and where each member of the household should sleep.
Our designs incorporate many basic feng shui techniques. Note, in the example plans, the way each door opens to a view of the entire room you enter, yet the kitchen, dining and sleeping areas are not obvious from the front door. Note that bedroom doors are not at the end of hallways, that stairways and doorways do not interfere with each other and that each layout contains energy within the home, not allowing it to shoot on through.
